Job Duties
- Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival
- Taking accountability and ownership of the customer’s experience from beginning to end
- Creating innovative solutions to resolve customer issues and win brand loyalty
- Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customer needs and expectations
- Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations
- Offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
- Collaborating with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Members' needs
