Job Duties

  • Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival
  • Taking accountability and ownership of the customer’s experience from beginning to end
  • Creating innovative solutions to resolve customer issues and win brand loyalty
  • Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customer needs and expectations
  • Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations
  • Offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
  • Collaborating with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Members' needs
