Job Requirements

  • Experience in travel, airline, or lounge services preferred

Job Duties

  • Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
  • Taking ownership of the Card Member’s experience from beginning to end
  • Creating innovative ways to resolve customer issues or concerns to build brand loyalty
  • Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customer needs and expectations
  • Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations
  • Offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
  • Collaborating with food and beverage partners to accommodate Card Member needs
