Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in premium customer service
  • Experience in airline, lounge, or travel industry preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle fast-paced work environment
  • Proficient with technology and internet research
  • Availability to work flexible shifts
  • Ability to lift light to moderate weight
  • Must maintain professionalism and positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
  • Airline, lounge or travel industry experience preferred
  • Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to listen and offer confident recommendations
  • Professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Quick decision-making skills
  • Resourceful with internet usage in customer service
  • Proficient in using multiple technology platforms

Job Duties

  • Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
  • Taking ownership of the customer’s experience from beginning to end
  • Creating innovative solutions to resolve customers’ issues and build brand loyalty
  • Employing Customer First philosophy to meet customers’ needs and expectations
  • Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations
  • Offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
  • Partnering with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Members’ needs
