Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience servicing premium customers
- Experience in airline, lounge, or travel industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make quick decisions
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to perform light to moderate lifting
- Must be professional and maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to operate multiple technology platforms
- Must be resourceful and adaptable
- Employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Airline, lounge or travel industry experience preferred, including reservation experience
- Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to listen to customers’ needs and offer confident recommendations resulting in high satisfaction
- Professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively prioritizing Card Members’ experience
- Resourcefulness and effective use of technology in a face-to-face customer environment
- Ability to utilize and switch between multiple technology platforms
- Adaptability and resilience in a changing environment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability for light to moderate lifting
Job Duties
- Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
- Being accountable and taking ownership of the customer’s experience from beginning to end
- Creating innovative ways to resolve customers’ issues or concerns to win their brand loyalty
- Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers’ needs and expectations
- Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations
- Providing travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
- Accommodating needs of Card Members by partnering with food and beverage lounge partners
