Job Requirements

- minimum 1 year experience in premium customer service
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

- physical ability for light to moderate lifting
- legal eligibility to work in the U.S
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
- airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred

Job Duties
- Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at the lounge
- taking ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end
- resolving customer issues with innovative solutions to build brand loyalty
- employing a customer-first approach to meet needs and expectations
- providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations
- offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
- collaborating with food and beverage partners to accommodate Card Members’ needs
