Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
  • Airline, lounge or travel industry experience is preferred
  • Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to listen to the customer's needs offering confident recommendations
  • Must exhibit utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude
  • Ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to make quick and effective decisions prioritizing Card Members' experience
  • Resourceful using the internet while assisting customers face-to-face
  • Ability to utilize multiple technology platforms with ease
  • Adaptability and resilience in an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required

Job Duties

  • Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival
  • Being accountable and taking ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end
  • Creating innovative solutions to resolve customer issues and build brand loyalty
  • Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customer needs and expectations
  • Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations
  • Offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
  • Partnering with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Members' needs
