Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Airline, lounge or travel industry experience is preferred
- Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to listen to the customer's needs offering confident recommendations
- Must exhibit utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions prioritizing Card Members' experience
- Resourceful using the internet while assisting customers face-to-face
- Ability to utilize multiple technology platforms with ease
- Adaptability and resilience in an ever-changing environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Light to moderate lifting may be required

Job Duties
- Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival
- Being accountable and taking ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end
- Creating innovative solutions to resolve customer issues and build brand loyalty
- Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customer needs and expectations
- Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations
- Offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
- Partnering with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Members' needs
