Job Requirements

- Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred

Job Duties
- Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at the lounge
- Taking ownership of the customer’s experience from beginning to end
- Creating innovative solutions to resolve customers’ issues and enhance brand loyalty
- Utilizing the Customer First philosophy to meet customer needs and expectations
- Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations
- Offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
- Coordinating with food and beverage partners to accommodate member needs
