Job Duties

  • Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at the lounge
  • Taking ownership of the customer’s experience from beginning to end
  • Creating innovative solutions to resolve customers’ issues and enhance brand loyalty
  • Utilizing the Customer First philosophy to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations
  • Offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
  • Coordinating with food and beverage partners to accommodate member needs
