Job Duties

  • be the calm, knowledgeable presence that guests rely on from the moment they arrive
  • understand each guest's concerns and translate them into clear, actionable service plans
  • communicate repair needs and pricing in a way that builds confidence, not confusion
  • stay ahead of questions with proactive updates, not reactive explanations
  • follow through after every visit to ensure the experience was everything it should be
  • schedule service appointments to match guest needs with technician availability
  • write thorough service orders that set our technicians up for success
  • act as the liaison between guests and service technicians accurately and efficiently
  • manage the service timeline and keep guests informed of any changes
  • process payments and ensure invoices are accurate and clearly explained
  • develop a working understanding of automotive service and common vehicle needs over time
  • use available resources to provide accurate parts pricing and repair estimates
  • stay current with new vehicle technologies and service protocols
