Job Duties

Welcome customers as they enter and exit the store
Efficiently process transactions with accuracy at the registers
Keep the cash wrap area orderly and presentable
Handle payments via cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits
Promote the MStyle Loyalty Program to customers and encourage sign-ups
Issue receipts and manage refunds or exchanges as necessary
Ensure cash drawer accuracy at shift start by counting money and preparing adequate change
Assist management with merchandising, display maintenance, and general store cleanliness as needed
Help with processing and restocking merchandise
Participate in cycle count preparations
Support customers in fitting rooms as required
Address customer inquiries and involve management if necessary
Maintain cleanliness of store areas, including shelves, tables, and employee facilities when assigned
