Job Requirements
- Open and flexible availability, including but not limited to evenings, overnights, and weekends as well as holidays
- Availability to consistently work weekends, special projects, drops/releases or as the business' needs require
- 1+ year(s) experience in a retail sales position
- Efficient time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once
- Standing and walking for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift and move 25lbs
- Ability to perform standard tasks that are related to retail operations including but not limited to, bending, twisting, and climbing ladders/step stools
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) experience in a retail sales position
- 1+ year(s) in customer service roles, preferred but not required
- 1+ year(s) in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods, preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Communicate with the management team for overall responsibilities and directions on projects and tasks
- Greet, assist, and provide best-in-class customer service to all Kith customers
- Support the Client Advisors to ensure clients are receiving genuine and efficient service both during and after their store experience
- Under the direction of the management team, efficiently complete cashier responsibilities including but not limited to, cash handling, processing returns and Mobile POS transactions
- Provide friendly, professional, and accurate service at the registers
- Partner with the management team to execute action plans in the most efficient way possible
- Display expertise and familiarity of product knowledge, brand history, company policies, and store/company strategies
