Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or higher
- At least two years of customer service experience preferably in environmental, safety, or rental
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work effectively in a team and fast-paced setting
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds assisted or unassisted
- Capability to perform physical activities such as walking, standing, bending, stretching, and climbing a ladder
- Willingness to maintain a clean and organized office environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or higher
- Minimum of two years customer service experience, preferably in the environmental, safety, or rental field
- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone
- Ability to think analytically and focus on problem troubleshooting
- Flexible and strong team player able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Job Duties
- Intake customer inquiries for equipment rental, order status, and general questions
- Develop and issue quotes for our products and services
- Follow up on quotes, record in Pine’s database the outcome
- Review customer orders to confirm that equipment, accessories, consumables, quantities, price, and any special contract instructions are understood
- Assist in branch sales and marketing efforts through outgoing phone calls and emails
- Communicate customer order confirmations and follow up upon delivery
- Update Pine’s database with details and call-off information
- Assist in scheduling delivery and pick-up of orders
- Assist in locating equipment and shipping logistics
- Help provide solutions when customers have issues
- Enter repair orders when needed
- Setup product replacement when needed
- Maintain contract files and customer correspondence
- Record and investigate customer inquiries
- Process purchase orders when necessary
- Bill and invoice customers
- Process credit card transactions when needed
- Promote a positive health and safety attitude and workplace
- Have a basic understanding of our equipment and how it’s used
- Keep a clean, organized well-maintained office
- Perform other duties as assigned
