Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum three years supervisory customer service or casino-related experience
  • Pass pre-employment screenings and tests
  • Meet state and local regulatory requirements
  • Sign non-disclosure and non-compete agreements
  • Pass drug test upon job offer
  • Speak, read, write, and understand English
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
  • Ability to respond calmly and make decisions under pressure
  • Work in environments with secondhand smoke and noise
  • Flexible schedule with availability for long hours and telemarketing calls
  • Physical ability to walk over 5 miles during workday
  • Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods
  • Obtain and maintain Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board license

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years experience in a supervisory capacity with customer service or three years in Casino Operations, Marketing, Player Development, or industry sales
  • Outstanding communication and organization skills
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respond calmly and rationally to customer needs
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • Book all guest trip accommodations flawlessly including special event, restaurant, show, hotel, transportation, and special amenities reservations
  • Handle and resolve player problems or service issues promptly
  • Maintain goodwill with all guests and ensure awareness of property special events and promotions
  • Act as customer listening post and forward feedback to managers
  • Seek out target players and introduce them to products and programs
  • Build relationships through VIP contact strategy using outbound communication channels
  • Promote offers, amenities, special events, and drive revenue from target guests
  • Comply with state and local regulatory requirements and maintain professionalism
  • Plan and schedule targeted guest trips and leverage marketing programs to drive loyalty
  • Use systems to track complimentary items, guest contacts, and event reservations
  • Maintain understanding of competitive environment and company differentiation
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure player satisfaction and maintain communication
  • Maintain confidentiality of player accounts and company information
  • Demonstrate superior customer service skills, positive attitude, and enthusiasm
  • Anticipate guest needs and execute service programs including service recovery
  • Promote Total Rewards programs and provide warm greetings and farewells to guests
  • Represent Harrah's positively at all times
