Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and dealership departments, ensuring clear and timely communication

  • Schedule appointments for sales, service, and test drives, maintaining an organized calendar to maximize efficiency
  • Follow up with customers post-visit to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance the overall customer experience
