Job Duties

  • Act as the main contact between our retailers and the Maggie teams
  • Help shops with product questions, order placement, tracking, and success programs
  • Support return requests and keep communication clear and calm
  • Release merchandise to ship and help keep orders moving
  • Collect payments and assist with billing and AR inquiries
  • Create and maintain retail account files and confirm paperwork is complete
  • Help retailers build healthy financial habits
  • Communicate clearly in all situations, even when conversations are tough
  • Handle emotional or difficult moments with patience and composure
  • Manage your time well and juggle several tasks throughout the day
  • Stay reliable in attendance, follow through, and quality of work
  • Adapt when things shift and support company policies and initiatives
