Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency diploma required
  • minimum one year customer service or sales experience in a retail or sales environment
  • ability to work a set schedule Monday through Saturday with a day off during the week
  • flexible to meet current and future business needs
  • comfortable with various computer applications
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • prior banking experience preferred
  • ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

Job Duties

  • Assist customers via phone channel
  • conduct account reviews and transaction processing
  • maintain customer profiles accurately
  • identify and refer products and services to meet financial needs
  • promote and support ESL's digital banking features including site navigation and password resets
  • adhere to Contact Center call handling standards
  • document customer feedback in the Voice of Customer database
