Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency diploma required
- minimum one year customer service or sales experience in a retail or sales environment
- ability to work a set schedule Monday through Saturday with a day off during the week
- flexible to meet current and future business needs
- comfortable with various computer applications
- strong verbal communication skills
- prior banking experience preferred
- ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

Job Duties
- Assist customers via phone channel
- conduct account reviews and transaction processing
- maintain customer profiles accurately
- identify and refer products and services to meet financial needs
- promote and support ESL's digital banking features including site navigation and password resets
- adhere to Contact Center call handling standards
- document customer feedback in the Voice of Customer database
