Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year of call center experience
  • six months of customer service experience
  • proficiency in basic typing and computer navigation
  • ability to work onsite at Lake Saint Louis office
  • Missouri residency

Job Duties

  • handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities
  • manage high call volume including up to 80 calls per day
  • provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • accurately document call details and member information
  • assist in navigating computer systems efficiently
  • support team collaborations to improve service quality
  • escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
