Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a banking environment preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment
  • ability to sit for extended periods
  • availability to work Saturday hours (9AM - 1PM CST or 8AM - 12PM MTN)
  • excellent listening and communication skills
  • adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a banking environment preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency in using phone and email for customer interactions
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of banking products and services is a plus

Job Duties

  • Listens, comprehends, resolves, and provides excellent service during every call or email
  • keeps management abreast of any significant problems
  • adheres to all bank and regulatory requirements and participates in required training
  • demonstrates an understanding of TBK Bank products and services
  • recognizes opportunities to deepen relationships with core TBK Bank products and services
  • proactively assesses and provides suggestions to offer improved service
  • processes online account opening applications
  • prepares and compiles new customer information in accordance with bank policies and procedures
  • performs other duties as assigned
  • works mandatory Saturday hours
