- 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Reliable internet and telephone connectivity
- Ability to work Saturday hours
- Good listening and communication skills
- Compliance with bank regulatory standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment
- 1-2 years of experience in a banking environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Familiarity with bank products and services is a plus
Job Duties
- Listens, comprehends, resolves, and provides excellent service during every call or email
- Keeps management abreast of any significant problems
- Adheres to all bank and regulatory requirements and participates in required training
- Demonstrates an understanding of TBK Bank products and services
- Recognizes an opportunity to deepen relationship with core TBK Bank products and services
- Proactive in assessing and providing suggestions to offer improved service
- Processes online account opening applications
- Prepares and compiles new customer information in accordance with bank policies and procedures
- Performs other duties, as assigned
- Works Saturday hours (9AM - 1PM CST or 8AM - 12PM MTN) as required
