Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Reliable internet and telephone connectivity
  • Ability to work Saturday hours
  • Good listening and communication skills
  • Compliance with bank regulatory standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment
  • 1-2 years of experience in a banking environment preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with bank products and services is a plus

Job Duties

  • Listens, comprehends, resolves, and provides excellent service during every call or email
  • Keeps management abreast of any significant problems
  • Adheres to all bank and regulatory requirements and participates in required training
  • Demonstrates an understanding of TBK Bank products and services
  • Recognizes an opportunity to deepen relationship with core TBK Bank products and services
  • Proactive in assessing and providing suggestions to offer improved service
  • Processes online account opening applications
  • Prepares and compiles new customer information in accordance with bank policies and procedures
  • Performs other duties, as assigned
  • Works Saturday hours (9AM - 1PM CST or 8AM - 12PM MTN) as required
