Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • valid drivers license with a clean driving record (no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years)
  • no drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past five years
  • authorization to work in the United States without need for sponsorship
  • minimum age of 18 years old

Job Duties

  • take incoming calls including reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries
  • manage outgoing calls for callback management, accounts receivables and miscellaneous tasks
  • provide high-level customer service by assisting customers and assessing rental needs
  • meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
  • provide directions and general assistance
  • assist in assessing condition of rental vehicles upon return
  • process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions
  • market company services and products while transporting customers safely and courteously
  • communicate rental terms, vehicle features and services
  • sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and additional equipment
  • notify management of vehicle problems and maintenance needs
  • clean vehicle interiors and exteriors as needed
  • perform administrative and basic accounting duties including billing support, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, report running, supply maintenance, and customer billing
  • perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned
