Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • ability to work with new digital customs systems
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to analyze data and interpret regulations
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • willingness to collaborate in a team environment
  • no visa sponsorship available

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in customs, supply chain or trade compliance is a plus but not required
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • higher education preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare, analyze, and process import and export documents
  • Use digital customs platforms and automation tools to classify products and determine duties and taxes
  • Ensure accurate tariff classification and compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with logistics, sales, procurement, and U.S. Customs authorities
  • Identify compliance risks and contribute to process improvements
  • Drive innovation and participate in digital transformation initiatives
