Job Requirements
- Must be able to complete a pre-employment background check
- Must be available to work full time Thursday through Sunday, generally 11am to 7pm
- Must possess good communication skills to operate radio equipment
- Must be detail-oriented and reliable
- Must comply with drug-free workplace policy
- Must participate in E-Verify program
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is advantageous
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment usage
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
Job Duties
- Clean all public areas and keep rechecking within a regular time frame as set by the supervisor
- Remove trash, mop floors, vacuum carpets, and clean restrooms and locker rooms thoroughly
- Wipe down tables, chairs, and other surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment
- Maintain, clean, and store all cleaning equipment and tools properly
- Communicate effectively over radio in English with management to address cleaning needs and issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines at all times
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management immediately
