Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties

- Valid driver’s license for operation of golf cart on property
- Good communication skills to report issues to supervisors
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
Job Duties
- Clean the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed
- Ensure all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
- Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Managers/Supervisors
- Inform appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and inform supervisor when re-order is necessary
- Operate a golf cart safely on the property as required
- Support property team with other cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
