Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must have experience in supervision and detail cleaning
- able to communicate efficiently verbally and in written English
- physically able to perform assigned work including stooping, walking, bending, lifting over 50lbs, kneeling, crouching, climbing
- pay attention to detail
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven previous work experience, skills, and knowledge
- require a state ID, prefer a drivers license
- strong work ethic, communication, and safety

Job Duties
- Work hand-on-hand with crew
- supervise the performance of each cleaning crew member
- order supplies and manage inventory
- oversee vehicle maintenance and arrange scheduling with office approval
- arrange work schedule and distribute necessary materials
- ensure safety of personnel, vehicles, and equipment
- comply with specifications and report any misconduct
- communicate staffing attendance and daily scope of work to office
- provide supportive documentation such as photos, gas receipts, and mechanical expenses
