Job Requirements
- minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- two years related experience
- an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
- strong customer service skills
- must be able to communicate via radio for instructions
- ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently while meeting required deadlines
- ability to work with minimal supervision
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends to accommodate cleaning and set-up for special events
- knowledge of applicable OSHA standards
- knowledge of applicable safety practices and procedures
- must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- must be able to maneuver about the facilities
- must be able to push, pull and lift up to fifty pounds, move furniture and equipment

Job Duties
- conducts routes throughout the building offices to collect and dispose of trash
- aids with the set up and break down of all campus events
- moves/transports furniture and miscellaneous items for location related events
- coordinates and schedules vacuuming of offices, hallways, and rooms as needed
- responsible for cleanliness of floors including the mopping of floors as required and as needed
- assists with custodial related special projects as needed
- wipes down walls and whiteboards as needed
- clean bathrooms though out the day and as needed
- follows instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies
- performs other duties as assigned
