Job Requirements
- Current driver’s license and good driving record required
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of cleaning methods and approaches

- A clear understanding of the cleaning industry standards
Job Qualifications
- GED or high school diploma preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information to consumers, clients, and employees in one-on-one situations
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to solve practical problems involving a variety of concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to perform assigned duties with neatness, accuracy, and a degree of excellence in a timely manner
- Ability to work to the maximum capacity of all required expectations
Job Duties
- Provides safe and clean environment through Nexus Family Recovery Center
- Assures all buildings on the main campus and location on Buckner Blvd are clean and safe for staff, clients and visitors
- Assures that the cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained, stocked, and ordered in a timely matter
- Reports any maintenance concerns to the Chief Operations Officer
- Assists with the upkeep of all buildings and grounds of Nexus Family Recovery Center
- Assists on the weekend or after hours when needed
- Demonstrates regular predictable attendance and punctuality
