Job Requirements
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work a part-time schedule with no minimum hours per week
- must be 18 or older

Job Duties
- perform cleaning duties as assigned to maintain sanitary and orderly conditions
- promote the reputation and goodwill of the facility through courteous interactions
- use supplies and operate equipment in a safe and proper manner
- clean window and door glass
- replace light bulbs and clean fixtures
- read and follow task assignment sheets and safety instructions
- use stepladders, lift platforms, scaffolding to complete tasks
- operate custodial power equipment such as floor scrubbing and sweeping machines, carpet extractors, window washing units
- return equipment to storage in good condition
- report building or maintenance needs to supervisor
- perform other duties as assigned
