The hiring establishment is looking for a dedicated Custodian to join their team in a year-round, part-time capacity. This role entails working approximately 20 hours per week, specifically during evening shifts of 4 hours each. The start time for these shifts is flexible, spanning between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of custodial experience
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as auto scrubbers and wet/dry vacuums
- Flexibility to work part-time evening shifts
- Willingness to comply with safety standards
- Basic repair skills

Job Duties
- Perform regular daily cleaning/vacuuming of all public, office, and classroom areas, including restrooms, as assigned
- Lock and check all doors and windows
- Assist with setting up events
- Assist in moving furniture and supplies
- Mop, wash, and wax floors
- Make simple repairs as assigned
- Report all situations beyond the ability to control to the Custodial and Event Manager
- Perform other duties assigned by the Custodial and Event Manager and Facilities Director
