- proven reliability, self-motivation, and attention to detail
- ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-traffic environment
- adaptable to changing priorities and schedules
- must meet company standards for background checks and TSA-compliant security clearance
- valid driver's license required

Job Duties
- Operate various equipment such as floor scrubbers, snow blowers, and lawn mowers to accomplish tasks
- follow safety protocols and guidelines when using cleaning compounds
- perform extensive cleaning responsibilities including mopping floors, relocating furniture, washing walls and windows, and disposing of waste
- restock paper supplies, hand sanitizer, soap, and other essentials in restrooms and kitchen areas
- provide cleaning and maintenance for designated facilities including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, polishing floors, cleaning upholstery, washing laundry, and shampooing carpets
- requisition necessary supplies and equipment for cleaning and maintenance responsibilities
- perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, replacing damaged ceiling and floor tiles, and patching walls
- perform routine grounds maintenance including snow removal and lawn mowing
- identify and report safety hazards or possible repairs
- conduct safety inspections of vehicles and equipment before use
- monitor facility security and perform lockdown procedures
