Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work preferred
- Ability to handle physical labor and repetitive tasks
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment use
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Good time management skills
- Must be reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications

- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment correctly
- Good physical condition and stamina to perform repetitive manual work

Job Duties
- Responsible for the safe and proper use of materials and equipment such as chemicals vacuums buffers and carpet extractors
- Sweeps vacuums mops and waxes floors
- Dusts furniture and woodwork
- Cleans and polishes woodwork and furniture
- Cleans restrooms including all fixtures and replenishes paper products
- Cleans interior glass partitions and glass doors
- Removes trash from all containers
- Performs a variety of routine cleaning tasks
- Attends monthly safety meetings
- Provides customer service
- Requests cleaning supplies and equipment as required
