Job Requirements
- Six months recent and verifiable custodial building cleaning and floor maintenance experience
- Valid Florida driver's license to drive college vehicles
- Own transportation to report to various college locations
- Forklift certification within one year of employment
- Ability to walk, stand, stoop, stretch, push, pull, reach, and lift at least 20 pounds consistently
- Ability to follow oral and/or written communications
- Computer knowledge to clock in/out and view personnel data
- Completion of criminal background screening
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Pick up and remove trash from assigned areas in classrooms, labs, offices, restrooms, theaters and other designated areas
- Clean chalkboards, blackboards, whiteboards, and erasers daily
- Turn off lights and secure doors
- Clean glass, chrome, and exits in various college facilities
- Damp mop and wet mop vinyl and tile floors
- Vacuum floors and carpets
- Perform floor maintenance including vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing
