Job Duties
- Assign and inspect custodial and housekeeping work and related projects and activities to maintain unit and facility cleanliness levels and appearance
- perform specialized cleaning operations necessary to ensure unit and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner
- maintain supply inventory necessary to successfully perform routine and detailed custodial services
- respond to system-transmitted service requests
- transport custodial employees to and from work assignments, as necessary
- operate and/or maintain assigned power equipment related to custodial services, as required
- perform other duties as assigned
