Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of relevant custodial experience or training
- Valid Arizona driver’s license
- Ability to perform heavy physical work
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and cover staff shortages
- Familiarity with safety protocols and proper equipment usage
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months previous experience or training in custodial work
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Ability to operate maintenance and landscaping equipment safely
- Basic computer skills and ability to use phone applications
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills
- Valid Arizona driver’s license
Job Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of park equipment and spaces
- Remove trash, debris, graffiti, and litter from assigned areas
- Operate equipment, machinery, and tools for maintaining athletic fields and courts
- Set up, monitor, and inspect facilities and equipment for safety and repairs
- Conduct basic repair and maintenance on park structures, irrigation systems, and landscaping
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of equipment, supplies, and materials
- Stock or distribute supply items as needed
