Job Requirements
- must meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on the specified contract(s)
- must understand oral and/or written instructions
- must interact appropriately with customers, government personnel, and staff members
- must be able to pass organization screening requirements including state or federal background screenings
- may travel to and from various locations and buildings throughout the year and in various weather conditions
- ability to work early morning, mid-morning, afternoon, and/or evening hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to bend, crouch, walk, climb stairs and ladders, reach above head, sit to drive, and lift up to 40 pounds regularly and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- safely perform janitorial duties as assigned by management
- provide quality service to customers at all times
- learn and apply all aspects of the job relevant to the custodian position
- interact appropriately with customers, government personnel, and staff members
- follow emergency operations work assignments per customer requirements
- travel to and between various locations and buildings as needed
- adhere to safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
