Job Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of formal schooling or equivalent basic education
- Ability to obtain necessary security clearances within six months of hire
- Willingness to work shift hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Pass pre-employment drug test and physical exam
- Compliance with random drug testing policies
Job Qualifications
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Ability to follow simple oral instructions
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Job Duties
- Performs janitorial services including floor mopping, polishing, stripping and waxing
- rug vacuuming and shampooing
- furniture dusting and polishing
- window washing
- and furniture unloading and moving
- Cleans restrooms
- Empties trash and sets out for collection
- Orders cleaning supplies and maintains cleaning equipment
- Performs other related maintenance/janitorial services as requested
- Responds proactively to passenger and tenant needs
- Maintains security protocols and required badge access
