Job Requirements
- Up to eight years of formal schooling
- no prior experience required
- ability to obtain all security clearance badges within six months of hire
- ability to pass pre-employment drug test and physical examination
Job Qualifications
- Fundamental ability to read, write and follow simple oral instructions
- ability to work varied shifts including rotation, weekends and holidays
- ability to obtain security clearance badges including Custom Border Patrol access
- ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 40 pounds and prolonged standing
- strong customer service orientation and communication skills
Job Duties
- Perform janitorial services including floor mopping, polishing, stripping and waxing
- rug vacuuming and shampooing
- furniture dusting and polishing
- window washing
- furniture unloading and moving
- clean restrooms
- empty trash and set out for collection
- order cleaning supplies and maintain cleaning equipment
- perform other related maintenance and janitorial services as requested
