Job Requirements
- Ability to read, write and follow simple oral instructions
- no previous experience required
- availability for varied shifts including rotation, weekends and holidays
- ability to lift items up to 40 pounds
- able to stand or walk for extended periods on rough surfaces
- capability to work with light chemical substances
- obtain all required security clearances including Custom Border Patrol access within six months
- successfully pass pre-employment drug test and physical examination

Job Duties
- Perform janitorial services including floor mopping, polishing, stripping and waxing
- vacuum and shampoo rugs
- dust and polish furniture
- wash windows
- unload and move furniture
- clean restrooms
- empty trash and set out for collection
- order cleaning supplies and maintain cleaning equipment
- perform other related maintenance and janitorial services as requested
