  • physical ability to lift and carry loads up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • capability to perform repetitive arm motions, stooping, and bending
  • exposure to odors and disagreeable tasks or conditions
  • ability to maintain lavatories and restrooms
  • exposure to hazardous chemicals
  • ability to climb stairs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Mop, sweep, wax, and polish floors
  • clean and dust furniture, equipment, etc
  • lock and unlock offices, classrooms, and conference areas
  • collect and dispose of wastepaper and refuse
  • vacuum carpeted areas where applicable
  • maintain lavatories and rest rooms in a sanitary condition
  • complete Make Ready services
  • shovel snow from doorways and sidewalks when required
  • perform related duties as assigned
  • deep clean residential bathrooms including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, mirrors, light fixtures and all surface areas
  • replace shower curtains
  • deep clean kitchens including inside and outside of refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, ovens and dishwashers
  • clean spills and remove food and grease stains
  • deep clean and remove trash from all cabinetry and furniture
  • deep clean ceiling fans, blinds, light fixtures, vents, and all surface areas
  • deep clean doors, walls, windows, and floors
  • remove all visible spots, stickers, and residue
  • sanitize both sides of mattresses
  • perform carpet care including spot cleaning, stain extraction, and shampooing
  • complete stain treatment and shampoo of residential furniture and vacuum under cushions
  • adjust and stage furniture
