- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- physical ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- good communication and teamwork skills
- reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- perform skilled and semi-skilled cleaning tasks
- operate various types of cleaning equipment
- clean furniture, equipment, glass, floors, walls and counters
- vacuum carpeted areas
- clean, disinfect and maintain supplies in restrooms and showers
- maintain cleanliness of grounds by picking up refuse and sweeping, washing, scraping gum off walkways
- clean fan blades and vents
- ensure OSHA safe working conditions
- empty and clean waste receptacles and replace liners
- complete set up of equipment for events
- collaborate with other housekeeping personnel
- assist as needed or requested
