Job Requirements
- Up to 8 years of formal schooling
- No experience required
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Obtain and maintain federally mandated security clearances where required
- Willing to work varied shifts including rotation, weekends, and holidays
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Must accept working conditions including exposure to heat, cold, moisture and cleaning chemicals

- Very fundamental levels of the ability to read, write and follow simple oral instructions

Job Duties
- Performs janitorial services including floor mopping, polishing, stripping and waxing
- rug vacuuming and shampooing
- furniture dusting and polishing
- window washing
- and furniture unloading and moving
- Cleans restrooms
- Empties trash and sets out for collection
- Monitoring inventory control of cleaning supplies and maintains cleaning equipment
- Performs other related maintenance/janitorial services as requested
