Job Requirements
- Be a citizen of the United States or resident alien with the right to work in the United States
- have or be eligible for a high school diploma or valid equivalency certificate within one year of date-of-hire
- have a minimum of six months full-time paid work experience preferably custodial, janitorial, laborer, or maintenance work
- be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Sweep, mop, wax, and buff floors
- change light bulbs and clean light fixtures
- wash walls, windows, and blinds
- dust surfaces and other areas
- caulk and paint as needed
- maintain restrooms
- set up auditoriums and meeting rooms for functions
- clean mops, pails, and other equipment
- accept deliveries and distribute supplies
- assist staff in City facilities
