Job Requirements
- requires the ability to speak effectively and communicate in the English language
- education, training, or experience sufficient to demonstrate the required knowledge, skill and abilities
- successful completion of FBI criminal history investigation
- successful completion of state police criminal history investigation
- successful completion of child protective services investigation
- successful completion of tuberculosis screening
- successful completion of skills assessment
Job Qualifications
- working knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and cleaning standards
- ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment
- ability to use standard English to read, communicate, understand and follow written instructions

- comprehend labeling on products
- ability to work safely and efficiently with machinery
- basic computer and keyboarding skills
Job Duties
- perform general cleaning duties to include inside fixtures, floors, walls, and windows
- assist with school lunch coverage during day shift and cleaning of cafeteria
- perform cleaning duties including moving furniture, stripping floors, snow removal, and trash removal
- monitor halls and restrooms to ensure adequate stock levels
- secure building where applicable
- keep grounds and outside walkways clean around the immediate perimeter of the building
- provide coverage for after school and weekend activities
- set up and tear down for school events
- occasionally assist Building Operations Supervisor and maintenance personnel with building repairs
- unlock and lock facilities as required
- report maintenance issues and preventative repairs daily
- perform other related duties as assigned
