Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
- Flexible and able to work Monday through Friday 9:30am to 1:30pm
- Dependable and punctual
- Willingness to wear uniform and follow company policies
- Ability to use PPE properly
- Physically able to perform repetitive tasks involving kneeling, twisting, and reaching
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper a plus but not required
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and company procedures
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to contribute to a positive team environment
Job Duties
- Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
- Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Use proper PPE where required
- Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required
- Floor scrubbing, floor sweeping, floor blowing
- Organizing and general janitorial duties
