Job Requirements
- must be able to pass a 10 year background check
- have reliable transportation
- own a cell phone
- able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs
- constant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting and reaching
- flexibility and ability to multitask
Job Qualifications
- ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
- 1-2 years experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper a plus but not required
- willingness to learn and strong work ethic
- ability to work at a fast pace in a multitasked job
- ability to contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
- dependable and punctual with uniform compliance
- treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
Job Duties
- perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
- sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
- maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- use proper PPE where required
- open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required
- rotate cleaning responsibilities daily including vacuuming with backpack vacuum
