Job Requirements
- completion of high school or GED
- valid class C California driver’s license required and a satisfactory driving record
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to work indoors and outdoors under various climatic conditions
- ability to wear personal protective equipment
- ability to follow safety guidelines
- reliable transportation and proof of car insurance
Job Qualifications

- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- ability to communicate effectively with coworkers supervisors and the public
- ability to follow written and oral instructions
- knowledge of safe use of cleaning products and chemicals
- good physical stamina and strength to perform outdoor physical work
- willingness to work various weekday weekend and holiday shifts
Job Duties
- gather equipment materials and supplies
- load and unload materials
- ready the worksite
- assist with setting up and moving building furnishings
- disinfect restrooms and keep them stocked
- refill soap paper towel and toilet paper dispensers regularly
- remove graffiti
- sweep mop dust and wipe down floors walls and countertops
- dust polish and wipe down furnishings
- wipe down and clean windows and window ledges
- empty garbage cans
- remove litter trash recycling and compost from assigned buildings
- report items which may need repair
- perform other duties of a similar nature or level
