Job Requirements

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age
  • valid Texas Driver License with requirement to obtain if licensed out-of-state within six months
  • ability to pass thorough background check
  • ability to provide certified school transcripts upon request
  • able to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
  • able to work in various physical environments including indoor and outdoor with exposure to chemicals
  • able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds as required

  • knowledge of cleaning solutions and chemicals
  • knowledge of cleaning materials, methods, equipment, and procedures
  • knowledge of general carpentry, electrical, plumbing work, and air conditioning and heating systems

Job Duties

  • Dusts chairs, tables, shelves, and other furniture or equipment
  • cleans and polishes furniture and metal or woodwork
  • cleans and sanitizes bathrooms
  • replaces toilet paper and paper towels
  • vacuums, sweeps, mops, and buffs floors
  • shampoos carpet
  • collects and disposes of trash and debris both indoor and outdoor
  • performs minor repairs of leaking water lines
  • unblocks sinks and commodes
  • performs general errands including delivering and distributing mail
  • performs related work as required
