Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior custodial or maintenance experience preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings
- basic knowledge of safety standards
- capacity to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs and electrical troubleshooting
- clean and sanitize classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas
- manage waste disposal and recycling efforts
- report any facility issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- assist with setting up and breaking down furniture or equipment for school events
- conduct preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
