Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, understand, and perform SOPs and WI
- Adherence to UW System and campus work rules
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand and walk during 8-hour shifts
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 40 to 75 pounds
- Ability to perform overhead work
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to communicate effectively with hand-held radio
- Ability to receive and provide feedback constructively
Job Qualifications

- Ability to stand and walk for 8-hour shifts
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Ability to lift 40 to 75 pounds and perform overhead work

- Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred
- Knowledge of floor care practices preferred
- Commitment to diversity and cultural awareness preferred
Job Duties
- Perform cleaning and maintenance according to SOPs and WI
- Maintain equipment and custodial spaces organized and stocked
- Collaborate with campus customers, team members, and supervisors
- Ensure safety compliance using PPE and campus policies
- Maintain organization and document inventory of supplies
- Monitor and secure facility entrances and report issues
- Clean walkways and remove debris, snow, and ice
- Use custodial equipment to clean assigned areas and manage waste
- Report repairs, violations, and pest control needs
