- experience using cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and cleaning solutions preferred

Job Duties
- Performs cleaning duties adhering to approved department procedures and standards
- keeps building and property in clean and orderly condition
- cleans and polishes fixtures and furniture
- sweeps, mops, scrubs, or vacuums floors
- cleans windows, glass partitions and mirrors, using cleaners, sponges and squeegees
- scrubs, sanitizes, and supplies restroom facilities
- loads/unloads dishwashers
- cleans countertop, coffee equipment, caterings and conference rooms
- follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power machinery to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
- maintains custodial equipment and supplies
- performs preventative maintenance and maintains cleaning chemicals and consumable inventory
- may train others and performs related work as assigned
