Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year of custodial experience preferred
- ability to read and write
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
- ability to perform physical work
- successful completion of pre-placement exam
- possession or ability to obtain valid California Driver's License
- willingness to work Monday through Friday, 4 pm to 12:30 am
- ability to work onsite at Sonoma campus
Job Qualifications
- ability to read and write at a level appropriate to the duties
- follow verbal and written instructions
- operate and maintain custodial equipment
- use custodial systems and communication tools
- observe safety requirements and work practices
- perform regular physical activity
- one year of custodial experience preferred
- beginning proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office required
- knowledge of Google Suite, computerized work control system, and PeopleSoft preferred
- ability to complete pre-placement exam
- valid or obtainable California Driver's License
Job Duties
- perform custodial duties in campus buildings including offices, classrooms, laboratories, art rooms, auditoriums, gymnasiums, locker rooms, food venues, kitchens, restrooms, and performance halls
- operate and care for custodial equipment and supplies
- use custodial systems such as work order tracking and two-way radios to communicate
- observe safety requirements and safe work practices
- follow verbal and written instructions to ensure safety
- perform physical work activity regularly
- collaborate with Facilities Management team and supervisor
