Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads consistently
- Willingness to work night shifts from 7 pm to 3:30 am
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a janitor, custodian, cleaner or housekeeping position preferred
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50 lbs
- Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Must have reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Professional client interaction
- Pick up and dispose of trash and debris throughout jobsite, haul trash to dumpsters
- Sweep and clean work areas throughout the project
- Able to distinguish between trash/scrap and stored materials
- Work in an organized manner completing areas as you go
- Work in close proximity with other trades in a fast-paced environment
- Other responsibilities as assigned
