Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
Ability to lift and carry heavy loads consistently
Willingness to work night shifts from 7 pm to 3:30 am
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation to and from work
Adherence to safety guidelines and procedures

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a janitor, custodian, cleaner or housekeeping position preferred
Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50 lbs
Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
Must have reliable transportation

Job Duties

Professional client interaction
Pick up and dispose of trash and debris throughout jobsite, haul trash to dumpsters
Sweep and clean work areas throughout the project
Able to distinguish between trash/scrap and stored materials
Work in an organized manner completing areas as you go
Work in close proximity with other trades in a fast-paced environment
Other responsibilities as assigned
